Refund policy

Refunds are not accepted unless an item is deemed to be faulty. If so please contact us via email admin@indi.pups.com.au to sort out an option with you. 

If you have purchased the incorrect size we do not offer direct exchanges. You will need to post the item back to us and then a credit note will be given to you. If there is no option we can offer you a credit note towards your next purchase. When exchanging products it is up to the customer to pay for the return of the incorrect item. Customers must supply us with a tracking number to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
