What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located on each product page. If you are still unsure of what size will be best please reach out via email or social media with your pets measurements and we can guide you to make an informed choice. Should you purchase the incorrect size an exchange form will be sent with your order with all the details on how to arrange an exchange.
How long do orders take to be processed?
How long do orders take to be processed?
Due to the nature of most items being handmade, whilst I also work full time, most orders are fulfilled within 1-7 business days. During busier/ peak periods orders are completed within 7-14 business days, and updates are consistently provided to you. Should your order be solely items that a pre-made and ready to be dispatched, your order should be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Please note I am a one woman show but I try my best to stick to this time frame.

Please use the exchange form sent with your eligible items for exchange. Items must be returned in original condition {if applicable} and a credit note will be given. Buyers are responsible for returning the item to me before a credit note is issued to you.

By choosing Indi Pups you are supporting my (Rachel) dream of having pups across the globe having something in their doggy wardrobe. I have tried to bring to my customers high quality products that are affordable, as well as being unique and stylish. I try to provide my customers with prints that are not overdone and seen by other similar brands, but also offering variety and choice on the items I make. All bandanas, bowties, sailor bows and scrunchies are all handmade by myself. I also have a range of harnesses and leads from other Australian companies who support me and that I also believe provide top quality products for my customers. The harnesses we stock are designed by myself with a print created and commissioned by an Australian artist and then produced overseas. This allows me to bring you unique style prints you wouldn't typically see, and allows me to focus on the other handmade products I currently make.
How do the bandanas go on?

Our older style bandanas have two tie straps which you can simply tie around your pups neck in a bow or knot.
Our new scrunchdanas are super easy! They have an elastic neck strap which means they easily slip over your pups head, no tying or slipping through a collar required!
How do your bowties and sailor bows go on?
How do your bowties and sailor bows go on?
Our sailor bows have two elastic loops that you slide your dogs collar through. Alternatively if your pup does not wear a collar you can slide the bow on the strap of their harness.
Our bowties have a velcro loop that wrap around the collar.
