Shipping Rates are calculated based on your order price and are posted via Australia Post. We use HERO packaging compostable mailers and/or reusable cardboard mailer boxes with our orders.

Tracked domestic shipping flat rate of $10
Tracked express shipping flat rate of $12.50

Orders over $99 AUD will receive free tracked domestic shipping (Australia only)

International postage costs vary per country, this will be calculated during the checkout process based on size and weight. We ship to the United States, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Fiji, just to name a few. To check if we ship to your country proceed to the order page for details.

We offer FREE local pick up and delivery for all Sutherland Shire residents. 

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your shopping confirmation email please message us and also contact Australia Post.

If you believe your item is missing please send an email with your tracking and order number to vintageindydesigns@gmail.com

Please note: if your parcel is shown as delivered and you did not receive it you will need to contact Australia Post and/ or lodge a police complaint regarding a stolen parcel. I am not responsible for stolen packages that show as delivered to your provided delivery address.
